Welcome to your creative temporary home in the heart of Kreuzberg. 140 m² full of personality: comfortably furnished, a mix of design & vintage, with space for up to 12 favorite people.
Espresso or French press in the morning, cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen — water heater, mini oven, sparkling water, tea, coffee & spices are at the start. Do the dishes? Does the dishwasher do. Would you rather have breakfast outside? No problem - there are many catering spots in the neighborhood that we can recommend to you.
The XXL living room is your playground: cozy sofa, 55-inch smart TV, games & a second television in the bedroom. Bathroom with fresh towels, shampoo & shower gel for the after-Berlin glow.
Sleep setup:
- Bedroom 1:1× king-size bed
- Bedroom 2:1× king-size bed + armchair
- Bedroom 3:1× king-size bed + sofa bed
- Living room (open): 1× sofa bed
Plus: washing machine, dryer & iron for long stays. Families welcome — baby cot & high chair are also there. The floor plan can be found in the pictures.

The apartment is all yours — make yourself comfortable! Ground floor, two entrances: main entrance plus a door directly into the bedroom. Practical for smokers: it goes straight into the courtyard. There is, of course, a strict smoking ban inside.
I live around the corner but give you full privacy. If you have any questions or concerns, I am always available — just get in touch! And to make you feel like locals right away, you'll find my personal list of restaurant and neighborhood tips in the apartment.
Before check-in, there is a short online form — done quickly and easily. Early check-in & late check-out are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
For the love of our neighbors, a decibel meter is installed in the apartment — don't worry, it only measures the volume, not recordings.
If keys are lost, we charge €50 per key.
Is there parking available at the apartments?
For the apartments on Pettenkoferstr. and Chausseestraße (both Berlin), we are happy to offer you a paid private parking space (25 euros/stay): Feel free to get in touch if you would like to make use of it. All other apartments do not have private parking spaces, but after booking, we usually share tips about parking garages or the parking situation in the streets.
Are there discounts for longer stays?
Yes! We offer special conditions for long-term stays. If you would like to book for several weeks or months, feel free to contact us for an individual offer.
Can I make a reservation in my own place of residence?
Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their own home. If you would like to book accommodation in your place of residence, please contact us in advance.
Are pets allowed?
No Pets, sorry! According to property management, pets are not allowed. The neighbors here are paying close attention and report violations immediately. Failure to comply can unfortunately result in a fine.
Are the apartments suitable for larger groups?
Definitely! Our spacious apartments are ideal for families, groups of friends or business travelers. With several bedrooms, cozy living areas and fully equipped kitchens, they offer enough space for everyone.
What is already available in the apartments?
Our accommodations are fully equipped. That means: A complete kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and cooking utensils. Basics such as tea and spices are always available. In the bathroom, you'll find towels, shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. A smart TV with streaming service and a cozy dining and living area are also included. The beds are all freshly upholstered, of course - you don't have to worry about anything.
