Our apartments in charming Koblenz

Berlin: from 15:00. Koblenz: from 14:00. Please check out by 10:00 a.m. — otherwise our cleaning team will be in front of a locked door. 😉 If there are delays as a result, we will unfortunately have to pass on the extra costs.

You can easily pay with us using all major credit cards. Debit cards and digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay are also accepted. Payment in cash is unfortunately not possible — completely contactless, secure and uncomplicated.

Yes! We offer special conditions for long-term stays. If you would like to book for several weeks or months, feel free to contact us for an individual offer.

Yes — by booking directly, you save the service fees of platforms such as Airbnb or Booking. That means: same accommodation, better price.

Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their own home. If you would like to book accommodation in your place of residence, please contact us in advance.

If our occupancy schedule allows it, we are more than happy to make a late check-out possible for our guests. Since we need time to clean between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., a late check-out unfortunately doesn't work if new guests arrive on the same day. It's best to talk again 1-2 days in advance so we can tell you directly whether it's right.

For the apartments on Pettenkoferstr. and Chausseestraße (both Berlin), we are happy to offer you a paid private parking space (25 euros/stay): Feel free to get in touch if you would like to make use of it. All other apartments do not have private parking spaces, but after booking, we usually share tips about parking garages or the parking situation in the streets.

Early check-in is sometimes possible — it depends on whether guests have checked out before you on the same day. In this case, we need the time between 10 and 14/15 to prepare the apartment for you. If no one was there before you, we'd be happy to let you in earlier. It's best if we coordinate briefly a few days before you arrive, then we'll check it in the calendar. What definitely works: You can leave your luggage with us from 11 o'clock. Just let us know so that our cleaning team knows.

We have a travel cot and also a high chair for you. Just let us know in advance and we'll get everything ready for you in time.

Our accommodations are fully equipped. That means: A complete kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and cooking utensils. Basics such as tea and spices are always available. In the bathroom, you'll find towels, shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. A smart TV with streaming service and a cozy dining and living area are also included. The beds are all freshly upholstered, of course - you don't have to worry about anything.
